Error message, cannot booke events anymore

hello
my customer bought the plugin to allow bookings from his website. a google calendar is connected. now, he complains that the calendar sync does not work for some items and – even worse, bookings are not possible anymore. i event raised the memory limit, but there must be some endless loop or something…
error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /XXXXXX/trainingszentrum.ch/wp-content/plugins/appointment-calendar-premium-3.6.5/appointzilla-class.php on line 365this is really urgent, please help!
