    I received several emails that led me to our sites with this error message:

    Custom Facebook Feed Critical Issue
    An issue is preventing your Custom Facebook Feeds from updating.

    And when I get to the plugin backend it says:

    Error connecting to https://graph.facebook.com/v4.0/705331316187918/posts?fields=id,from{picture,id,name,link},message,message_tags,story,story_tags,status_type,created_time,backdated_time,call_to_action,attachments{title,description,media_type,unshimmed_url,target{id},media{source}}&access_token=EAAS8LGISx9wBABwhNvuHUq7OYxXETjZCDhc442dzu4GjPVyjf2rZAVFI2r6Lp81569I2Rmk9fiiASUXrGiK4mEdCXpZBdXHYplo0YLbVv7YitfkZC1Mv6Eg55hEpBgAOtd8KzoDZAXrQIxKksR7g8A2nc24Eyu1bQJC1yduRahwZDZD&limit=4&locale=en_US&return_ssl_resources=true.

    However, every page I checked was fine and was showing a post made earlier today.

    What’s the deal? Are these just a default error messages you are sending out to every single site that uses the plugin? Or do you just want us to hit “View feed and retry”?

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. This message is valid and is advising that there is an issue with your access token. We would advise not posting your access token publicly in forums for security reasons. To address this issue can you try the steps in the following FAQ to see if this resolves the issue: https://smashballoon.com/reauthorizing-our-facebook-app/. If after completing the steps the error message is still displayed, can you click the view feed and retry button?
