Error message, but no cart display, checkout button, or view cart button

Once I’ve got too much (or adding more would create an “over maximum” order state), then I get an error message:

“You can only purchase a maximum of X PRODUCT Ys at once and your cart has X PRODUCT Y’s in it already.”

However, there is no button to visit the cart in order to remove the previous item, or othewise see what is in the card.

I suggest that when getting that error, to show the cart, that way it is clear to people what is happening. Otherwise they get the error message but don’t have any options (no checkout button, no view cart button, nothing).
