error message at domaine mapping configuration

That is the second time I install a network, I did the 1st one several month ago.. so please forgive me.

I have followed Andreas’s tutorial on PDF, worked like a charm
then for domaine mapping I have followed Otto’s tutorial at

I’m at the configuration stage and I encounter 2 error messages

at

I have the following message

I wish to select only 2 and 3 but 1,2,3 and 4 stay selected whatever I do

on page

I have the message

I have managed to map a domaine to a site belonging to the network but when I’m at the domaine addy I have the following error message on top on my page

any idea where I could have fucked up things?
