Error message and registration text

Hi – the plugin worked when installed, and returned a registration page on the subsite, but with the title of the main site (can that be changed?.) Also this error message:
Creating default object from empty value in …public_html/xxx/wp-content/plugins/network-subsite-user-registration/template/page-signup-wp47.php on line 44
I’d love to have this work as intended! Thanks for your help.

@bowoolley – Thanks for the input the Blog title instead of the Network title is a good spot. I’ll get something out once tested.
