    Hello,

    Il seems that all new customer see the following error message even if it is the first time they connect

    Here it is:
    “You have already used up your trial membership. Please select a full membership to checkout”

    I wonder why it appears even if the customer never choose this plan

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    Do you have any custom code running on your site? As Paid Memberships Pro does not restrict the amount of times a user can purchase/renew a membership level unless done with custom code.

    Please let me know if you have any custom code/other PMPro Add Ons that may affect your checkout.

    I use BuddyPress for the first subscription a free one
    then its paid member ship pro that’s deals with the others

    I have got also “grimlock for paidmembersship pro”
    I use the thème gwangi

    What could I say? No custom code
    I can’t see the error message searching in the files of paidmembersship pro

    I don’t know if paidmembersship pro is responsible for that inconvenient…
