    Since some hours we have problems for the credit card checkout.
    Even if all datas are enterred correct, we get an error message “Could not find payment information”
    This is very urgent because we’re loosing clients.

    Hi guys, I have the same problem, and my clients are growing inpatient, so it’s time sensitive. I just tried it in test mode, it worked but other than that it gives me and clients the same error message – “Could not find payment information”.

    I’m experiencing a very similar problem, the live keys are in and it’s not in test mode any more. I enter the correct credit card info to buy an item (even though I’m testing it, it will take my money just to be sure), but after I press Submit it says ‘Could not find payment information.’ The website is ivyliving.co
