    Hi RhinoSilver,

    I received your email with the xml file. I tried to import it and all the boxes were successfully imported:

    I’d suggest you do the following:

    1. Export the file once again.
    2. Deactivate and delete the free plugin and then try to import the file again.

    I got the same results, but the content was missing, I knew the photos would be absent but I thought the content would remain…
