I’m sorry you had issues after the update.
Let’s go through all the steps you mentioned. I don’t know if this message is going to be repeated

Our mistake. In this last update (v 1.1.4) we’ve made the plugin compatible to WooCommerce 3.0 but I think we didn’t put this information in a easy spot. I’m going to change that. I’m going to try to support both versions.
Version 1.1.3 was working fine. If this can’t be solved how I can go back to version 1.1.3???
If you click on the Advanced view link you may scroll down and can download it through the development version dropdown. You just have to select version 1.1.3 or any other you want
the comparison list can only be viewed via the specially created menu. If you add product to comparison list and click on the link part of the text XXX was successfully added to comparison list …. View comparison list the link doesn’t take you to the dedicated page for comparison list.
Can you confirm that the comparison lisk is correctly registered on WooCommerce > Settings > Compare products > Comparison list > Page
