• Hi, I am having a problem getting a specific page to show up. At the moment all I am getting is the following error messages:

If I click to view page from dashboard, I get a blank page with this message:
    https://www.improve21.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=97&action=edit110.148.127.113/recipes/www.improve21.com.auMozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0403

If I enter the url directly into the browser, I get this message:
    (none)110.148.127.113/recipes/www.improve21.com.auMozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0403

    The background….

I have created a category called “Recipes” which I originally named the slug as “recipes”. This cateogy has a few sub-categories in it.

I then created a page called recipes with the url …./recipes/
Whether i create this url as a post or a page, I still get the same errors.

I thought than in case the slug name or tag name was conflicting in creating a page or post with the same name, I changed the following:
    1) I renamed the category slug to “recipe-category” so that it was different than the page/post url.
    2) I also removed a tag called “recipes”.
    3) I made sure there were no posts or pages in the recycle bin with the url /recipes/ – there aren’t.

I have no problem naming this page anything else – recipes2, recipestest, recipe etc. I just for some reason can’t have “recipes”!

As an aside, I can see the category page just fine (…./recipes_category/) which shows a list of posts in that category. I just can’t create a separate page or post with the /recipes/ url.

I have cleared the browser cache and retried. All my plugins are up-to-date, and I have the latest version of WordPress.

My theme is also up-to-date. I doubt it is theme-related, but if it helps, I am using a theme called “Arise” free version. Not a standard wordpress theme.

All I can think of is that something is amiss in the database, or else some other naming protocol is interfering.

My site url is https://www.improve21.com.au, however it currently has a “coming soon” plugin which doesn’t allow browsing around the site while it’s in development. If you need to get around the site to check things for yourself, let me know and I will turn that feature off.

    Thanks in advance.
