  • Hi, we are getting this error message whenever we get past the checkout page
    Sorry, this order is invalid and cannot be paid for. on https://greentonic.net

    We have used your plugin on other websites and is working well and we have used all the same plugins and theme, but we keep getting this error message, we are using the current woocommerce and redsys plugin.

    Ok, I checked your website and there is something wrong, but it’s very difficult to determine what is it.

    Please deactivate “Sucuri Security” to ensure that is not breaking the gateway, and I can see a file called object-cache.php: APCu Object Cache (### Dropin Plugins (1) ###), but I cannot see the plugin itself (### Active Plugins (10) ###), please remove this file.

    Maybe it’s better to deactivate all plugins and delete the file I told you. Then try and see if it works. Just leave WooCommerce and Redsys active.
