    Hi

When I add new stores, this error message shows upon page load:
The “leadin” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.

    Suggestions?

    Hi there!

From your description, there seems to be an error with a plugin called “leadin”, try to temporarily deactivate that plugin in your WordPress back-end and see if the error persists.

    Let us know otherwise.

    Hi

I had already deactivated every plugin to see if that was the cause. I still received the same “leadin” error. I don’t get that error when trying to do anything else on the site (SEO, Contact Form, Contact Database).

    Thank you

    Hi again,

Unfortunately I don’t know what is going on there. I can confirm you that Wp Store Locator does not contain any components called “leadin”, so maybe you want to switch temporarily to a stock WordPress theme to rule out that the “leadin” thing is a component of your current theme, does that make sense?

Additionally, if you can get your hands on a server error log, maybe you can find a more detailed description of the error, and the php file that triggers it.

    Let us know.
