    Hi;

    Anyone can help me with CRM Form when submitted the form it’s encounter errors something like this “An error occurred, please try again later or contact site administration.Form submission couldn’t pass security check. Please try again”

    i was downloaded the logfiles seems that FCB ‘EnableRegionalDisco’ is disabled

    Hi @norhasnawati81

    1. Can you provide the page source fragment where the form is displayed?
    2. Do you have more than one form on the page? If yes can you try using key as per documentation?
    3. If you’re still experiencing the issue, set log level to debug (plugin About tab), capture the error, download the log and send it to [email protected]

    FYI: Latest plugin version no longer uses the discovery service so you shouldn’t be seeing any errors related to that.

    Thanks for sending logs. There is nothing obvious there apart from the discovery service use.

    1. Check that you’re using the latest version of the plugin. I can see discovery service calls in the logs and that shouldn’t be happening in the latest version
    2. Can you provide the page source fragment where the form is displayed?
    3. Do you have more than one form on the page? If yes can you try using key as per documentation?
