    I am getting complaints whenever a guest tries to leave a comment they get a message ERROR: please leave a comment. When I deactivate the plugin it then allows the comment.

  • Hello @marilyn1998, I am sorry that you are having this issue.

    I went to your site and tried to leave a message but I got a “Spam deleted” message. This is not part of StCR plugin. I think you have something else going on.

    By the way, that recipe looks very delicious.

    Yes, cause I left a real message and got block. So can we mark this issue as solved?

    I am still getting ERROR. Please leave a comment. Your spam isue has been fixed. Deleting your plugin does make the leave comment error go away. How can I further troubleshoot? Thx.

    @marilyn1998 I am still having the Spam issue. I left a comment and got the Spam Message.

    You are getting that message since I have Mexico blocked in my spam plugin. Do you need access to check? Let me know your ip and I will whitelist it. Thx! The error I am seeing isn’t consistent. One reader can leave a comment, then get the error the next two. Others arent getting it.
