My issue resolved.

Solution;

go to this path folder
/home/woomart6/public_html/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/attachments/

Create one folder name: 2018

this is what not created by the system as year changed and it’s looking to create the file in 2018 folder destination which is not there. So, create just one folder to that path as above your issue will be fixed.

Login to your web hosting account go to control panel click on File Manager select public_html then open all these folders as shown here “wp-content/uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/attachments”

Once you open last attachments folder create one folder name it as: 2018

I had the same problem, thank you for the solution very helpful. What about the orders that were placed before I created the new folder. Are they saved in a different location, so I can copy them to the 2018 folder? Where would I find the files? Thank you!

As per my understanding, your 2017 year invoices should be in 2017 folder in attachments folders.

this issue is due to the new year 2018 which system generally create as per its new year date, a new folder as like uploads folder for pictures.

So, 2017 invoices must in 2017 folders.

Thank you I understand that. To clarify, I’m referring to the invoices from January 1 2018 to January 2 that have automatically been created with each order placed by our customers. I only figured out the invoices were not saved properly, when I manually created an order and I got a fatal error when I wanted to create the invoice. The invoice number at that point was at 56, so there have to have been invoices(at least numbers) before that. Saved somewhere. If not, I have to created the invoices from the older orders starting from 2018. Please advice, thank you!
