Error Message

HI,
This plugin in theory does exactly what I want it to. I’m trying to make sure that some posts for IT personnel only do not come up in searches, or as links under ‘categories’ when the intranet is viewed publicly by people not logged into the worpdress site. But when I install the plugin, I get several error messages.

I tried to track down the code referenced but am hoping the developer could help me understand what the issue is rather than trying to reverse engineer things.
