Error Message

  • Hi.I tried to install an SEO Optimizing plugin and got this message
    ‘Unpacking the package.

    Installing the plugin.

    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosweb/web229/b2294/ipw.shally1584/public_html/blog/blog/wp-content/plugins/seo-blog/

    Plugin Install Failed.

    Actions: Return to Plugins page’

    Please help rectify this.I would like to delete the folder completely because the plugin is an updated version.

  • If you have FTP access, you should be able to delete the folder yourself. Otherwise, in the Plugins menu, you should be able to delete that plugin.
