    Hi, I just loaded your free plugin. I wanted to test it, to make sure I won’t have a problem with my other plugins and my theme clashing with it. I downloaded the API key and copied it in then activated it. However when I fill it in to test it on my site, it says no API key. At this point I don’t want to buy the premium version and find out it won’t work with my theme, as I have found with other plugins. I am using Soulmedic by DesignThemes. Please advise Rosalind

    Hi Rosalind,

    Did you copy your API key from the account page in your MailChimp account?

    https://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api

    If so, filling that exact key in the top field in the plugin settings should connect the plugin to your API account. The API key should look something like this.

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-us1
