Error message

  • Hello,
    the error means that your hoster canceled the Backup script. (most automaticly du to, it uses to many server recurces.)

    You can try to canfigure the max. script execution tim in Settings job to prevent this message.

    Please, could you help me what item exactly you mean?
    Settings – Jobs – and then Maximum script execution time or Reduce server load ?
    What value should I set there?

    That is a thing were You must figure out the best values.

    The backup job must do a restart bevor the “Signal 15” message hits.

    Look to the timestamps. Can you se how long the job working before the message comes up. Enter this time.
