Error Message

  • I get the following message from Google Webmaster Tools. I have not a clue what to do. If someone can put it in simple terms I’d appreciate.

    Sitemap is HTML
    Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.

    You are uploading a file of the wrong format, look for a file named “sitemap.xml” and not “sitemap.html”.
