Error message

I’m getting the following error message for each of my quizes when the results come up. The “insert into” message varies depending on the quiz but the first part WordPress database error: [Table ‘newfront_wrdp2.wp_watu_takings’ doesn’t exist] keeps coming up.

I have no idea how to fix this, please let me know.
