    Hi I have just downloaded forminator contact form with image Upload, however after adding the shortcode to my website: https://valuemycoins.net/valuation-form and filling in the form and uploading an image, I get an Error message saying “An error occurred while processing the form” can anyone help?

    Hope this message finds you well.

    I was able to submit a test and attach an image:

    Maybe the image name or file type is not enabled on WordPress, by default WP will filter some file types, for example, SVG, also, check if the name does not have special characters, some servers might block them too. As an alternative could you try using a different image?

    If you still experiencing issue, kindly export the form using the guide here from this link and share it here using a Drive service like Google Drivve or pastebin.pl.

    thanks for the reply, however I have tried different image names jpeg and others also tried on different browsers but still keep getting same error message, this is very puzzeling why it worked from your end, here is the link: https://valuemycoins.net/valuation-form

    Hello @bellacoins ,

    I’ve also tested your form and I wasn’t able to replicate this issue. I submitted the form with an image and the message was “Thank you for filling out the form. Your response has been recorded.”

    Ca you share with us the images that you are using?
