error: MEDIA_ELEMENT_ERROR: Empty src attribute

    In WC VENDOR, I was trying to upload and playback an mp3 audio file in woo commerce shop using zoomsounds player. I would select the mp3, upload, it appeared to upload correctly. However,although it showed in the player, it would not play, showing the error…… error: MEDIA_ELEMENT_ERROR: Empty src attribute ..

    What does this mean? I tried to google, but little comes up. I am sadly not a coder.

    Hi Susan,

    I think I already answered your query through our premium support for WC Vendors Pro. Here’s the context:

    Like what I mentioned from my previous reply, please take note that this is what I meant from my earlier replies regarding the integration. We don’t have a full integration with Zoom Sounds or Waveplayer hence, the pro-dashboard would not be able to display their features automatically. You will need to hire a developer for such matter as it would be out of our support scope.

    I hope for your kind understanding regarding this. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need further clarification with this.
