A partir de la última actualización a Elementor 3.12.1 y sin mucho aviso el sitio colapsó y gran parte de las plantillas están da?adas o inútiles.

As of the last update to Elementor 3.12.1 and without much notice the site crashed and most of the templates are damaged or useless.

The server indicates an error in:

    Any help will be great.

    Hi,

Can you elaborate on what you mean by the templates becoming useless? I’ve opened your website, and it seems to be fine on the live version. If you have access to your dashboard, please try to do the following:

    1. Make sure you have a complete backup. See here: https://elementor.com/blog/backup-wordpress/
    2. Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
    3. Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible).
    4. Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit causing the website to crash when working alongside Elementor.
    5. If this doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to the Hello Theme and see if it makes any difference.

Thank you very much for the attentive response.
Being an Elementor user since its inception, I am familiar with the indicated bug tracking practices. All and each one.
The site looks correct when visiting it because it was recovered from a backup of previous days, with the consequent loss of data entered.

I was unable to determine the source of the error more accurately than indicated above in the system message:
The server indicates an error in:
    web/wp-admin/post.php?post=63&action=elementor

Because it is a problem with the templates, perhaps my query should have been made in the support of the Pro version, but the solution was urgent because it is an e-commerce site on specific days with promotional products.

    Thanks anyway.

Same problem here 3.12.1 Crashed my site completly. Using and older version now. Fix it please!

I found the problem! is php problem while the elementor team fix this problem downgrade to php 8.0 or 7.4 the problem is elementor 3.12.1 against php 8.1. Fix it!
