Error mainEntity missing

    Getting this error from Google: “mainEntity missing” for yoast on all my questions.

    I noticed that you ensure that this problem should be fixed soon on new update. But till now it occurred. How long we have to wait?

    Please fix this as soon as possible Yoast.

    Hello @addabuzz,

    Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. The error you are seeing, “missing field mainEntity” occurs because a QAPage requires a “mainEntity” with the question and answer on the page. You can find more information?here.

    Currently, the Yoast SEO plugin does not support adding the Questions and Answers through the user interface in the plugin. However, there’s a feature request on this with our product team.

    The alternative option is to add the missing mainEntity schema through our API:?https://developer.yoast.com/features/schema/api
