    I keep receiving error messages in my admin page, but I have no clue why or how.

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: “info@domainname.nl”: No such user here

    Can you please give me some more details regarding this error? It is an existing e-mailaddress, So I do not understand this.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    It only doesn’t work at a certain e-mailaddress; info@mm#######.nl, but when I send an e-mail to my personal e-mailaddress igor##########@live.nl address it does work.

    I have no idea how this can happen. Please advise, thank you!

    Hi @igorvanderwerf,

    You may not have properly configured the SMTP. When you get a chance, could you please share the SMTP settings you’re using? The error might be appearing because you’re trying to send emails from your mail server to outsiders and emails are sent to within same mail server. This is typically due to authentication issues or you might need to contact your email hosting support to fix the issue.
