Error logging in

  • Hello, if I login as a user and close the browser windows, when I try to go back in the site I always got this message

    You need a higher level of permission.

    Sorry, you are not allowed to customize this site.

    Can you tell me how to fix it?

  • Hi @shiftsrl,

    Are you trying to access the login page via the /login-designer/ page that the plugin creates? Or via the default WordPress /wp-login.php/ login view?

    If you disable the plugin, are you able to log in?

    You do need to be logged in as an administrator (or at least with site editing capabilities) in order to customize the login screen.
