    Hi,

Open the JS Help Desk admin dashboard to execute the sql queries to update the database.

    It will resolve the problem.

I went into JS Help Desk but could not find an admin dashboard (yes I am the site admin)

I do see a “configuration” section but cant seem run any sql updates.

Under “Dashboard” – “System Errors” nothing is coming up

Could you direct me how to access the admin dashboard.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    It is
Admin > Help Desk > Help Desk

If already open Help Desk admin area then find ‘Dashboard’ in Help Desk left menu at top position.

I have not been able to locate “Admin > Help Desk > Help Desk”

I have taken a screenshot of what options I can see

    Hi,

    Open the admin dashboard page

Admin > Help Desk > Dashboard
    or
Admin > Help Desk > Help Desk

    Check the image.

    JS Help Desk Dashboard
