Error Log – Troubleshooting (Header & Offset)

  • Hi All,

    I was hoping that someone could help me with this problem.
    Since a few days I get these error logs (see below)

    I assume the index page is trying to call to the header, but the header is not responding or the header information is missing.

    Then it also mentioned an illegal offset, but I have no idea what that could be.

    If someone could get back to me, that would be great! I highlighted both errors.

  • It is an issue with your theme , ‘Startbox’. Great theme, and great support from WebDevStudios.

    I would reach out to them and let them know of this issue, as its going to be difficult for someone on here to help resolve the issue.

    Did you recently install any plugins? They may possibly be conflicting with the theme.

    thank you very much for replying so quickly.

    I have recently updated my plugins, not installed any.
    Could that have anything to do with it?

    Yes, that could very well have something to do with it.

    I would attempt deactivating ALL plugins, and confirming that the issue is still there. If it doesnt, you can re-activate your plugins one at a time, checking after each activation.

    when you see the errors again, you’ll know which plugin is the culprit..

    Hi Evan,

    We tried and nothing really helped. We did however installed a jetpack and the error log just got longer.

    it not is pinging from different IP-addresses and giving various illegal offset, header, etc. (Please find below)
