What version of PHP are you using? What are you doing when this error occurs?

    7.4.13 with WordPress 5.6.
Not doing anything, just observed this in the php error log as a recurring error. I use this plugin if I need to do a universal change on a site, such as URL change or something like that. It’s very handy, but I had never seen it produce this error before.

I’m not able to reproduce the problem, and nobody else has reported it either. This would indicate that it is specific to your site. Is it possible that some files in the plugin have been deleted?
