This error keeps happening and is eating up our logs. How do we stop this?

  • Hey @trevnetmedia,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Can you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help > Event Log, and change your Logging level to disabled?

These log messages would likely disappear after this change.

    Regards,

I already had this set to “disabled”. The logs are being generated on the error_log file in the root directory. =(

    Hi @trevnetmedia:

If you visit the Events ? Settings ? General tab you should find a Miscellaneous Settings area.

Within this, there is a checkbox for Debug Mode … is this enabled? If so, try unchecking it and saving your change.

    Does that help?
