Error Log Entries –

    I recently was checking my error log file and noticed almost 25meg of the following errors in the error log on my site.

    I was wondering how I can find out what is causing this problem? I tried disabling plugins etc. but they still appear whenever I refresh any page.

    I appreciate any help.
