    @noraldaim Please check your SMTP configuration and make sure that credentials are all correct.

    yes i have checked smtp confi and find is not setting true

    now is working fine

    I have other question

    i have 4k users i want to filter some user it is spam how colud do that ?

    i dont want do it munally because it many users
