error loading PDF document

    Hi all,

    I hope you can help!

    I am having an issue with viewing a protected URL when logged in.

    the PDF is 266mb so quite large. I have increased the maximum_post_size, upload size, and the input_time.

    when I try to view the pdf via the link, it hangs for around 2mins before showing a 500 error and displaying a screen with a pop up stating “error is displaying the pdf”

    However, when I turn off the protection and try with a curl command it downloads without issue.

    I have tried to curl the URL with protection on and shows a 404 redirect with the -v flag

    Lastly, I compressed the file to a small amount of 12mb and protected it, there was again no issue.

    I have a bitnami-nginx stack.

    Has anyone come across this before or have an idea of where to try.
