    Hi There!

Hmm… Looks like some plugin conflict.

To get you started, I recommend the following:

1 – Check if you have correctly installed WooCommerce. You can learn more about WooCommerce Installation and Update from our documents.

2 – Check for a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    3. Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. Here, you can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test.

Let me know how it goes.

    Dear B C. ( @battouly ) ,

    Thanks for your response .

1 – Check if you have correctly installed WooCommerce .

I have updated it yesterday to Version 4.6.1 like ever , only ( from word Press update core ) .

2 – Check for a conflict with your theme or with another plugin .

As I said , It happened after updating WooCommerce to it ‘ s latest version .
And there is no conflict with my theme or with another plugin , because :
1 . I have launched my site since 1 year ago and this error happened only after updating WooCommerce to it ‘ s latest version .
2 . I tested my current theme and all current plugins on my test subdomain ( I means I reinstalled my current theme and all current plugins ) and there isn ‘ t any error , there .

    Best regards ,
    AZAD

    Hey AZAD!

That’s strange. Let me have a look at your System Status Report.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
