i faced this problem when i upload my wp fiels to my server

i had solve it by change permission of files in server

How exactly did you change the permissions, and for which files? The slide show works fine on my cell hone and with Firefox, Google Chrome, but not with Explorer.

I found out later that one of the images was cmyk color, and explorer cant recognize that, so i changed it to rgb and everything was fine.

the problem here
there are functions disabled on server
so contact your hosting manager to active it

it’s may disabled for security reasons
if u want to have a new hosting
