error loading images

    Hello there,

    I checked your page I can see the image. Please send us the image so we can see how the product image should look like.

    I also checked any issue with the images like the one you reported in our local sites and there I couldn’t replicate, please try to deactivate your plugins except WooCommerce and upload the image check if if you have this issue, the next step in every works correctly will be to only activate our plugin and do the same process as it seems something else is causing your issue.

    Hi, i am sturggling to upload an image as it says ‘file uploading is disabled’. the images themselves are loading but not when i go to select the product type on https://mirider.co.uk/product/mirider-one-gb3-folding-ebike-7ah/ how there is multiple options on the right hand side

    Could you confirm to us if you are using the premium version of the plugin? If so, I’ll suggest you open a support ticket on our site so that we can check the plugin settings.

    Also, I recommend you clean the cache of your site and browser when testing, in case the issue is related to that.
