error loading Google account

    Hi,

    When I tried to connect to my google account, it says like this.
    “There was an error loading Google account info.”

    Does this plugin work only in United states?

    Could you support me how to solve this situation, if this work the other countries?

    Google Listings and ads works in many countries – please check the list here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160637?hl=en

    There may have been a network communication error. Could you please try again to make the connection?

    Please try logging into your Google account in another tab – does that work? Next, try connecting your site again once you’ve already signed in.

    Hi @eijim

    One other thing to check. Could you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there is anything relevant within a google-listings-and-ads-xxxx.log file?

    Some errors may have been logged if there were failures to communicate.

    HI Jason,

    I disconnected with my Jetpack, then I succeed to connect to google merchant center.
    So everything is OK now.
