    I’m getting “Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response” in all Site Reviews blocks. Additionally “LIMIT REVIEWS TO AN ASSIGNED CATEGORY” doesn’t appear in the block ‘settings’ pane.

    Any ideas?

    You will need to try the Troubleshooting Steps outlined on the Site Reviews > Help & Support page to track down what is causing this. It’s likely related to another theme or plugin.

    1. I have the latest version of SR
    2. Deactivated SRand then reactivated it – no change.
    3. I Run the repair tools – no change
    4. Temporarily switched to an official WordPress Theme (twenty twenty-one) – no change
    5. Temporarily deactivated those plugins: Toast SEO, Solid Central, LiteSpeed Cache, Jetpack. I have to have: Easy Digital Downloads (Pro) including (Easy Digital Downloads – Add to Cart Popup, Easy Digital Downloads – Invoices, Easy Digital Downloads – Multi-Currency). I also use GeneratePress premium theme, as well as GenerateBlocks Pro. Those are simply not optional.

    Is there any other way I could test?

    I have to have: Easy Digital Downloads (Pro) including (Easy Digital Downloads – Add to Cart Popup, Easy Digital Downloads – Invoices, Easy Digital Downloads – Multi-Currency). I also use GeneratePress premium theme, as well as GenerateBlocks Pro. Those are simply not optional.

    You only deactivate while you troubleshoot in order to track if there is a plugin compatibility issue otherwise I won’t know what to fix (if there is a compatibility issue with one of the plugins). Once you have finished troubleshooting you can reactivate them.
