In Woocommerce > Facebook , clicked on manage connection and told me to configure Woocommerce Extension V2. Editing setup.
I’ve granted the requested permssions, then when confirm setup, I try to select the correct IG profile – I only see one IG profile that I use for another account. So the correct IG profile is not shown and I can’t select it. I unclick that IG profile to try to continue, and I get back to the accounts screen.
When I click on the FB profile – again, it’s incorrect, it’s another page I manage – when I click it, I receive an error screen saying “something went wrong”.
I then have no recourse but to close the window.
I’ve tried the same a few times, now, with the same results.

I have seen other people having similar issues.
Has there been any good solutions to this?

Okay! I got it to work… this is what I did – maybe it’ll help someone else out.

I logged into my Facebook Business Manager, and noticed that in addition to my own Personal profile, I had 3 other “business profiles”. Each of them were set to manage different Facebook pages. These profiles (in my case) were really unnecessary, so I removed my page-properties from two of the profiles, leaving them managing nothing. I then deleted these “businesses”. The profiles are slated to be removed in the next 24 hours.
Then, with my remaining Business Profile, I added the pages I manage – three to be specific. I made the Page that I want to use with WooCommerce my “main – or featured” page.
When I next logged into my WordPress backend, and launched the WooCommerce/Facebook plugin setup, after granting it the requested permission, then next window displayed the correct FB Page, and correct Instagram account – the ones I wish to use with WooCommerce.

I know it sounds a bit convoluted, and it may not work for someone who may require more than one business profile, but that was the solution I was able to work out for myself. If it helps you, great! If not, I’m sorry.

    Happy Selling, People!
