• So I got booted out after working with Essential Grid for a while (which is the only thing I can think of that happened), and this error appears.

Warning: require(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/26/2599026/html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/26/2599026/html/wp-settings.php on line 151

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/26/2599026/html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_6/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/26/2599026/html/wp-settings.php on line 151

Any help would be much appreciated as I’m trying to get work done before tomorrow. Thanks.

Awesome, thanks for letting us know!

Same here – clients site is back up and running

my desktop version is now working but mobile is down with the same error. Cleared all cache and checked on 2 different mobile phone.

If you’re still having trouble with your GoDaddy Managed WordPress site after this point, please let GoDaddy know.

I also want to confirm this is happening with a client’s GoDaddy Managed WP site. However, the errors are very intermittent and not easily replicable and I don’t have trouble logging into the dashboard.

I’ve already recommend that my client contact GoDaddy for support on this.

The problem may have been fixed three hours ago, but it’s back now, at least for one of my clients.

I was able to fix this by restoring the most recent backup of the database.

    Issue is back again ….

Some people are getting the error, some people are not. The issue is still intermittent as of this morning

Solved the issue. This was a known issue as previously stated what tech support fails to mention is you must go into your wordpress dashboard and “flush cache”. It seems some mobiles are still holding on to the broken cache that was floating around when the known issue occurred. Flushing cache got my mobile version working again immediately.

You can’t even login to your dashboard to flush cache. It’s not a mobile problem, it’s a site problem.

If you’re still having trouble with your GoDaddy Managed WordPress site, you’ll need to contact GoDaddy. There really isn’t anything we can do here about this.

My website has been fixed – didn’t do anything. Just waited to see if godaddy would fix. It is fixed now.
