Error: Key not found – no answer –

  • Hi. I tried to use the plugin, but when completing the email or the user, the following error appears: “ERROR: Key not found”. I read the same question in the forum about this error but the thread was closed without an answer. Please, if someone could help me, I would appreciate it.

  • Same problem here! I need to find an answer to this issue.

    I’ve had the same problem. This was due to a conflict with a reCAPTCHA plugin. Disabling reCAPTCHA for Password Reset forms seemed to fix it for me.
