    Hello all,

    I just tried to update my version of jigoshop from 1.9.6 to 1.10, and it said it had updated successfully.

    However, I am now getting this error message …

    “Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 268435456.”

    And my jigoshop plugin isn’t working at all – I can’t access it from my dashboard, and the products aren’t showing on my website.

    Can you tell me how to fix this please?

    @martin: Please upgrade jigoshop to version 1.10.2 it should fix the problem. We are sorry for an inconvenience caused

    It’s cool – 1.10.2 runs now… it’s just hard to focus on anything else when one of your e-stores are broken.

    @jigoshop Support – Marcin: I’ve just checked in my login area for an downloadable update to Premium Shipping, and it’s not showing up. Am I looking in the right place?

    Getting a new problem with v1.10.2 – when I try and checkout using paypal, it just sticks on the loading screen and never brings up the paypal website.

    it is supposed to be warning message when memory is low.
    There is an issue with counting on some server configs, we’re going to fix it in 1.10.3

    yes, but it seems to think that 250 (or 128) is lower than 64.

    BTW – thanks for jumping on this right away. You guys still rock in my book ??

    1.10 brings massive amount of improvements, bugfixes and features…

    As much as we have been very proactive in mitigating various bugs in an important code that was changed, we have somehow missed an issue with the error message – one explanation is “we couldn’t reproduce it as our servers are that good” ??

    It turned out that different versions of php report those values in a different way.

    Hi, I have the folling messages:

    1) Error! Jigoshop requires at least 64M of memory! Your system currently has: 128M.
    2) The plugin “Jigoshop Product Accessories” only works with Jigoshop 1.3 or better. Please upgrade Jigoshop to use this plugin.
    3) The License key for Jigoshop Invoices and Packing Slips is not valid . Please enter your Licence Key on the Jigoshop->Manage Licences Menu with your Order email address. Until then, the plugin will not be enabled for use.

    1 – it will be fixed in 1.10.3, it doesn’t break anything on the website
    2 – please check in your account on jigoshop.com if you have newest version.
    3 – please send us your purchase receipt via [email protected] and we’ll add it to your account
