    Hello all,

    I just tried to update my version of jigoshop from 1.9.6 to 1.10, and it said it had updated successfully.

    However, I am now getting this error message …

    “Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 268435456.”

    And my jigoshop plugin isn’t working at all – I can’t access it from my dashboard, and the products aren’t showing on my website.

    Can you tell me how to fix this please?

    Ok, updated to the very latest version – 1.10.1 and it seems to be working now. Phew! Hope everyone else has the same success.

    fix released in 1.10.3 now

    1.10.3 is installed. the products have popped back up on the site BUT the error message is still showing.

    Error! Jigoshop requires at least 64M of memory! Your system currently has: 64M.

    i just updated to Version 1.10.2 still causing problems – is there a link to Version 1.10.3? its not showing up in updates!

    Increased the memory from 64 to 128m on the site

    sorry I meant 1.10.2
    it’s warning only – we will fix it and check of situation when it’s exactly 64M in next release.

    Martin, I deactivated the plugin and then the update link for 1.10.3 shows.

    yes it’s checked by your wordpress ~hourly – may not be visible immidiately.

    I still get these errors/warnings:

    1. Error! Jigoshop requires at least 64M of memory! Your system currently has: 128M.

    2. The plugin “Premium Shipping” only works with Jigoshop 1.4 or better. Please upgrade Jigoshop to use this plugin.

    Also customers cannot order products… It a day lost in sales and much more in reputation ??

    1 – please send your jigoshop system info to [email protected] and we’ll check it out
    2 – please check if you have newest premium shipping version (you can download from your jigoshop.com account)
    3 – cannot order – please describe as well in your mail what exactly is the issue (if it’s still there after upgrade of premium shipping) and we’ll check it asap

    @martin Bay: I’m still having the same problems, but I managed to fix the premium shipping error. The problem is with Jigoshop’s naming of the update… 1.10 is read by computers as LOWER than 1.7 or 1.9, so when the premium shipping plugin checks your version number, it thinks you’re running jigoshop 1.1

    The fix is to open up premuim_shipping.php and change the line:
    if ( $plugin_data[‘Version’] < ‘1.4’ ) {
    to
    if ( $plugin_data[‘Version’] < ‘1.0’ ) {

    That will re-enable the plugin and allow customers to continue ordering.

    Had to upgrade the premium shipping plugin manually as mentioned above. I still get this error:

    Error! Jigoshop requires at least 64M of memory! Your system currently has: 128M.

    Anyway all seems to work.
