    I’ve launched a sync from our end to try and get this cleared up for you.

    As your site is on a WordPress.com Business plan, you’re also entitled to live priority support. You should be able to access this from your WordPress.com dashboard, in the upper right hand corner where the question mark is:

    You’ll have the option to get live chat support from there.
