Error iscroll-zoom with Elementor

  • Hello everyone,

    I have installing this very great plugin on a fresh wordpress installation, but i have a problem like other with Elementor, the problem come from iscroll-zoom.js about line 319.

    this.scroller = this.wrapper.children[0];

    I think the “el” is null and the message appear.

    Below, the complete error message:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'children')

    If anyone have a solution about that, i take it !

    Can you give step by step guide how to reproduce the issue? Like what plugins to install and their settings.

    I just installed elementor and SeatReg. Nothing more.

    Did you install free version of Elementor? Did you install any Elementor plugins? What browser are you using? Did you try to use Seatreg shortcode in a page?
    I am testing it using https://tastewp.com testing site and I cant reproduce the issue.

    I install the free version of Elementor with no plugins.

    I’m using both Chrome and firefox.

    I’m trying to use the shortcode in elementor page: error appear and the main page appear in the frame

    If i’m trying to use short code in wordpress page: no error appear and frame come normaly.

    I don’t know Elementor that well to reproduce the problem. Can you provide steps what should I do after Elementor is installed? How can I create an Elementor page?

    Ok i found the problem and it becomes to my template but i don’t know why ?

    By template did you mean WordPress theme? Where can I get this template? If you don’t use that template then it works?

    Sorry for my late reply,

    The problem becomes if you have more than one page with “elementor full width” model.

    <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Example:</span>

    1. Home page with elementor full width + SeatReg page with elementor full width = The home page appear inside the SeatReg shortcode.
    2. Home page with no full width + SeatReg with full width = SeatReg run correctly.
