Error: is experiencing technical problems

    Hi, this site is experiencing technical issues. When I disable your plugin the site works fine. FYI: this issue is also true for WP GDPR Compliance. So I have to disable both and then the site works fine.

    What to do about it?

    I’ve everything updated to the latest version.

  • Hi @mauritszuidijk,

    The error message can be caused by various reasons.

    Can you tell me the following item details?

    – PHP version and WordPress version
    – PHP memory limit (within php.ini)

    Also can you edit /wp-config.php and add the following line?

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Then when you refresh the page, WordPress should give you a more detailed error message, and you can let me know what it says.
