Error IP Lockouts – Thinks Customers are Spam

  • Customers have contacted me and are not able to make a purchase. So far when I test it I didn’t get a error on my laptop/desktop. They are using their mobile phone, and said they get a message that it thinks they are a robot with the stop hand saying not able to proceed. So I tried it with my mobile phone and get the error. All I did was go to my Store page & try to click on a product then the photo with the stop hand not able to proceed came up. So it is giving out false IP lockouts that shouldn’t be happening.
    I have now Disabled (Deactivated) the WP Cerber then tested it and everything works on my site. It shows in my wordpress that there is no update for my WP Cerber plugin & it is version 9.0. I really want to continue to use the WP Cerber so how can I fix this ?

    I noticed on the forum that some people had said something about a new version, so I went to your website & updated to the 9.5.4 version. Sadly that did not fix it and still shows the stop hand saying not able to proceed (Rid) error. When Disabled (Deactivated) the WP Cerber plugin?everything works & no errors. Again I really want to continue to use the WP Cerber so how can I fix this ?
