    Hi There,

    When I transfer data from my woocommerce site to my facebook catalogue everything is correct except the inventory quantity. My woocommerce site shows “instock” and quantity “1” and my facebook catalogue shows “instock”(correct) but sadly quantity “0” (error). So my Facebook shop shows everything out of stock even though it isn’t.

    Please help me fix this problem.

    As a first step, I’d like to get a better idea of how your stock management is set up for the affected products. Would you please share a screenshot of the “Inventory” tab from the admin edit page for one of the products?

    I am having the same issue. I have updated the plug in and the catalog loaded to FB with inventory. But the ‘shop’ tab on my page shows the entire product line OOS.

    I’d like to get a better idea at how the stock management is set up for your site and one of your affected products.

    Would you please head to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and let me know if the “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” is checked?

    Additionally, would you please share a screenshot of the “Inventory” tab from the admin edit page for one of the products?
