    Hi,
I’ve followed this post, although still receive the error when attempting to complete the Adsense bit.
All other parts of Sitekit are working.

    Any suggestions most appreciated!

    Thanks

    Hi @totallyminimad,

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you share your Site Health information, and also if you’re using a subdomain site please share whether you have already added the parent domain within AdSense? I ask as this has occurred for subdomain sites, where the parent domain was not already added to AdSense.

If you have not yet added the parent domain to your AdSense account, this must be done before you submit a subdomain site.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Many thanks for sharing. I does indeed look like you’re trying to add a subdomain site to AdSense. From the screenshot you also included I don’t see the parent domain added within AdSense. Before users can add a subdomain site, they need to have their parent site added. This is the cause of the error you’re encounter. It’s an AdSense requirement, with more information on this below:
    https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9130110?hl=en

In order to resolve your issue, and set up AdSense successfully, you will need to get your parent domain added and approved within your AdSense account.

Let me know if you have any further questions on this.

    Hi @jamesosborne

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, much appreciated.

As far as I can see, the TLD and subdomain are added.

I’ve shared a video below so you can see what is happening within Adsense:

Thanks for the update @totallyminimad, and for sharing the video of your experience.

Adding a site means you’re site is “Getting ready”, and must be approved by the AdSense team. Sites must be approved before a domain is at the “Ready” stage.

From reviewing your previous screenshot, shared via your Site Health information, it doesn’t look like your parent domain site is at the approved stage yet. Note also that the parent domain is unlikely to be approved is there is no site there for the AdSense team to review, which seems to be the case at present.

What you may wish to do, is add content to the parent domain, so it’s more likely to be approved. Once approved, you will be able to add any subdomain sites to your AdSense account. If using Site Kit you’ll no longer encounter the same error as before, invalid site state null.

Let me know if that answers your question, or if you have any further questions on this.

my site is approved and so is my subdomain, and I continue to get same error . I have AdSense Ads on both .but sub domain won’t work with site kit because of error

    Hi @blueeyiz702,

Sorry to hear that. Note that for this who encounter this error, this doesn’t stop Site Kit from placing the AdSense code on users site, nor does it impact ad serving. What you can do as a workaround is from the AdSense platform, remove the subdomain site manually. After doing so please attempt to connect the AdSense module within Site Kit once more.

If you run into any problems, feel free to open an individual support topic and we can investigate this further.

Happy to answer your latest queries @blueeyiz702.

if i remove my sub domain will i loose income i generate on AdSense or no.

No, all you are doing is removing the subdomain and then adding it once more, via Site Kit.

And will i be able to connect that sub domain back?

Correct. It should automatically be added if you disconnect the AdSense module within Site Kit and then connect once more (on your subdomain site). Please disconnect and connect once more after you already manually removed the subdomain site from adsense.google.com.

Hopefully the above helps and allows you to complete AdSense module set up. For any further Site Kit queries please open an individual support topic as per www.remarpro.com support forum guidelines.
